Free Nights at Any Hyatt WORLDWIDE

Part of the allure of travel deals is being able to go places and do things that you may not normally be able to afford. Nothing could be more evident of this than Hyatt’s ‘The Next Big Thing’ Promotion:

For every (2) stays you have at any Hyatt brand through January 31, 2010, you will earn (1) free night at ANY HYATT PROPERTY WORLDWIDE (to be used before March 31, 2010)

Let’s take a look at how to best utilize this promotion, using a real life example of a (7) night trip I’m planning to take to Asia in March:

(7) Free Hyatt Nights = (14) Hyatt brand stays before January 31

Using local Hyatt Summerfield Suites and Hyatt Places, I can find room rates for approx. $52/night after tax

(14) Stays x $52 = $728

If you sign up for Hyatt’s United Airlines Promotion, you will also earn 2500 United Miles per stay (2500 x 14 = 35,000 miles!)

So then, $728 cost for hotel stays - $250 value of a free United ticket = $478 effective total cost of (7) free nights at ANY Hyatt property in the world

To simplify – by taking advantage of Hyatt’s ongoing promotions, I will be able to spend (7) nights at some of the best Hyatt properties in the world for around $70 per night! Some of the potential Asian properties:

Park Hyatt Shanghai – avg. nightly price $394 USD
Grand Hyatt Hong Kong – avg. nightly price $445 USD
Park Hyatt Tokyo – avg. nightly price $678 USD

With a little bit of time and effort, you could be living the life of luxury while travelling, all for a fraction of the cost! So – where do you want to go today?
